Hi,

check the PAGE format and both the formats are same ? please check that. may be his printer taking some other page format. that is the reason it is behaving like that.

try to check his printer settings using <b>SPAD</b> transaction.

Dear Vijay,

Thanks for the Quick Response.

please tell me where exactly we can see this in SPAD.

Is it in the TRAY INFO tab....for the particular printers?

Thanks and Regards,

Dinakaran

Hi,

in SPAD click on Full administration->Devices types tab->

then click on the device and then see the available formats for that device and see which one is getting triggered when he is priniting.

this you can check in debigging , using print parameters

Hi,

It depends on the printer specification. So you can do one thing just check the printer specification of your client and make the changes in layout of your smartform.

Hi,

In TCode SPAD, select the output device in which you were getting the print out properly. Copy the same device attributes, access methods, output attributes to your other printer.

<b>SPAD -->Full Administration >Page Formats>create new>Format Types> create

and after that attach that page format to ur printer using SPAD</b>

Hi,

I don't think you are in the right direction. Usually SMART Forms are designed for a specific page format, which is hard coded in the SMART Form attributes. I don't think the user will even get an option where he can change the same.

Hi,

since the Printers are different, and the user getting outputs differently then it is obvious to say the paper format which is used in both the printers or settings might be different. that is the reason it is printing differently.
