Hi,

How to find the TR of Message in a message class?

Because I see some messages in my message class are not in my Quality server.(i mean they r missing)

Changes to this message class should be transported (they cann't be local)

Now my requirement is to find the TR for those messages.

Any Help is appreciated.

Hi,

Try transaction SE03 and execute the option Search for Objects in Requests/Tasks.

Then enter your criteria, such as LIMU MESS Z*, ensure that modifiable is ticked and execute.

just create amnother request with object R3TR MSAG <<yoru message object>> and move to Q it wil move all your messages from Dev to Q

Yah your right , but before doing that i want to know any TR is associated with those msgs , so that i can move them forward to Q without creating new one.

Single message is stored in TR as

LIMU MESS Z_COGS169

Here Z_COGS is message class id and 169 is msg no.

Now from se03 press the link Search for objects in Request/Task

and in the next screen Provide values like:

LIMU MESS Z_COGS169

Here Z_COGS is message class id and 169 is msg no.

And check the check boxes Modifiable, Released and press execute button...It will show u the messages attached to TR.
