Do we have any way to compare Transactions between source and Target version?

any tool available to do this?

I want to find the delta difference available between two R3 systems.

Suppose Source system is 46C and Target system is E47.

How to find the delta transaction for Standard transaction.

Suppose to find What screens/Fields/Screennumber etc is changed in new system.
