regarding 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'

Hi gururs,

I want to know that im using the FM 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1'

this is sending mails on the development client but not on the Quality client.

In the outbox i find its status as red. what would be the probable issues. im not able to find the bug. as the FM sends mail in the DEV client but not in the Quality client.

Contact user Basis user as the scot is switched off ie mail sending might be switched off as.

but how will i come to know is the scot on or not? i mean i want to know is there any way by which i can come to know is the scot switched off

in the tcode SOSB there is an error comming as

Cannot transfer message to node YMAIL due to RFC.

please help me out.

Hi,

Go to scot t-code , There in under int folder SMTP is there, just double click on smtp, a screen will appear where a check box is there saying as Node in use,

If clicked then the scot is open .

in the scot under int there is just one folder as YMAIL. there is no SMTP folder.

So how to go about it

Go to Transaction SOST, and try to process from there.

but yet the mail is not comming on my gmail or my office or any account. but then the FM throw no error.
