Could anybody help me for doing the SECATT. Do we need any configurations before going for SECATT.

I am using SECATT for uploading the master data. (VAT Code master data).

You should ask this in the relevant functional forum.

I would imagine that you would need the relevant master data config in place before performing any data upload.
