Regarding sd routine for reverse tax calculation

i have to write a sd pricing routine for reverse tax calculation. Can anybody tell me as to how can i proceed with it i have the access key also but i want to know regarding reverse tax calculations and as to how i can proceed for the same?

In SAP there is no term like "reverse tax calculation".
