Regarding POV

Hi All,

1.I want to create search help in module pool programming. i know that we can create with the help of POV. How can we provide search help other than POV.

2. if i want to do screen validations we can do it using CHAIN.... END CHAIN. How can we do the validations without using these commands.

If you are not using POV for value-request, you need to attach the search-help to the screen field attributes. Similarly if you want to validate an entry in a screen field, you have check the 'Foreign Key' checkbox. See the help documentation on the two attributes of a screen field.

Not in the module pool, I am talking about your screen definition, in SE51.
