Regarding material swapping unwantedly

Hi,

I am facing an issue in which customer has placed the order through net or someother software after that Idoc has been created to transfer the purchase order of customer & it will become sales order in sap. now idoc is sending the data in edi procees which update the sale document or create sales document in sap.

Now what happening while edi processing one material is swapping & there is no such material determination or cmi has been maintained for that.Please guide me if anyone has any idea.

Hi,

The idoc may have passes segment containing EAN number.

Yes idoc passing segment containning EAN number.

But after that it's moving for EDI processing, till EDI processing material has not swapped, it's swapping material when it's moving from EDI to sap
