Regarding Long Text

Hi All,

Thanks for ur immediate reply but the thing is i am already using direct read text function module. But here our consultants wants to see if any tables are available for it and can we read from the table and check performance wise. I have a class and list of charecteristic for it. Those charecteristic will be having some values. i need to know in which table those charecteristics values are stored. Please guys if anyone can help me out in this?

Hi

Characteristci values are stored in AUSP table

also see CABN and CABNT and CAWN tables

LONG texts will not be stored as complete etexts in tables

Just imagine if some 20 lines of text storing for a signle test field how it is possible? so they are stored in STXH table with the paramters OBJECT,ID,NAME and LANG.
