Hello Shiva,

Info type 0005 is for leave. You can see it from Transaction PA20 and maintain it with PA30.

Leave Record, you will get from Infotype 2001 and table PA2001.

Paid and Unpaid Leave will depend on Leave/Absence type Or Leave/Absence Subtyp.
