regarding interfaces

Hi All,

Pls let me know the code or any material stuff for Interfaces..

Actually..im working on Idoc ( both outbound and inbound)interfaces and this is first time im working on interfaces ,...i need guidance and help and if posible sample code........And BDC interfaces also...
