regarding finding out parameter id

Hi Experts ,

i need to know for to find out the parameters id of the fields in a transaction .Please let me know .

you can find out the parameter id of a field ...

just run the transaction and place the cursor on the field and press F1 now check the technical settings..

goto se11 give data element name for that field n goto further characteristic tab.

u'll find the answer.

Hi Vignesh,

Find the data element of the field in the selection screen

Then goto transaction SE11 and provide the data element name.

In further characteristics tab, you can find the parameter ID for the field

Place ur cursor on the field of whose Parameter ID u wanna find out,

then press F1, now the documentation that appears have a button called 'Technical Information', press that button and u'll find the field displaying Parameter ID

just press F1 on the field and go for techinical setting here u can find out 3 letters parameter id.
