Regarding Documentation in SE11 Data Element

Hi All,

I have a requirement where I need to fetch the data which comes whenever we press documentation maintained for ABAP data elements. Is there any Function Module or Select statement through which I can retrieve the documentation data maintained for data elements.

I want exact data whenever we click documentation. We can use DOCU_READ but it doesn't giving exact data. Please help me guys.
