Regarding ALV data download Problem

Dear ALL ,

We have one Z report when we pass Company code & Fiscal year then ALV output appear,suppose output consist of 100 rows data.

but when we tried to download same data in Excel that time only 30% data downloaded in Excel.

Please tell me how i can solve this issue & tell me how i can get 100 rows complete data.

hi amolban ,

plz tell how you are downloading data to excel sheet .

TRY THE BELOW MENTIOED STEPS

on alv output report .

click on LIST ->EXPORT->LOCAL FILE ->SPREADSHEET->DESKTOP-> UR FOLDER NAME
