Reg: Short dump in module pool program

Dear friends,

I have created module pool program with screen numbers 100,101,102,103.

First i entered into the screen number 100.

Then i came back to some other screen,that time it is giving dump.

The dump error is: MESSAGE_TYPE_X

Anyone can give me the solution to clear this problem.

Hi Sakthivel,

I would really appreciate if you could make your question clear. How did you come back to the previou screen. And to which screen you came back.

I have a couple of suggestions.

1. Just check whether you have created pf status or not.

2. In case you have created pf status check whether you have passed ok_code as a variable in the properties of the screen 100.

Please let me know whether it is working or not.

Hi,

The Message_type_x is a problem with your SAPGui installation. If you want to do it the clean way, UNINSTALL your SAPGui and then install a new one and patch it to the latest patches.
