How to replicate a segment along with its sub-segments to form a new segment.Say for instance segment E1EDP01 .The new segment shud contain the same data as E1EDP01 and its sub-segments.

Hi!

I guess, you have an existing IDOC. Take the IDOC number, go into WE19.

Here you can copy segments via 'copy' and 'insert' buttons. You can't copy automatically all sub-segments, but you can do this manual, too. During insert you are asked, if it should be inserted on same or a child level. Play a little around - you will soon find out how to use this to get the right result in the end.
