Hi!
The most sure way, is to check out the correction instructions within the note.
Then go to SAP, open the source code with SE38 transaction.
Compare the correction instructions with the source code manually.
If the new code is in the source, then the note is implemented.

HI,
Other way is to check the highest support pack implemented in your SAP system.
Logon to SAP & click SYSTEM=>STATUS.. then the SEARCH ICON.
Check the highest support pack for SAP APPL
it would be something like SAPKH47025.
In the note which you want ot implement, they provide the support pack details as well. Check if the note support pack is higher than your SAP pack. If yes, then you need to implement the note.
Best regards,

Hi Sreejith,
Here is the way.
Goto transaction SNOTE.
Now select the menu option <b>Goto->Note Browser</b>.
Now give the OSS note number and execute.
If it is implemented in the system, it will give you the details.
Otherwise, it will inform "Unable to find SAP Note that meets specific criteria".
Hope this has been of some help to you..
Regards,
SP.
