try the fm's RH_GET_OBJECTS_OF_MANAGER and RHPH_STRUCTURE_READ

Use S_AHR61016528 with the object "O" and the right org unit number and the the evaluation path O-S-P...if they are the chief this will show you all of the people in that org unit other wise use an evaluation path for reporting relationship.
