Recipient Error in Workflow-SRM

Hi Team ,

I am getting a error in the Workflow and in slg1 transaction I am getting the message as "Recipient not found" the Shopping cart is also fully approved,however the current status is showing as Error.How to resolve this issue

Hi Dhinesh,

The error "Recipient not found" will come if the variable that is bind to the task as a agent(Recipient) is coming as initial at runtime.


Below are the points that i will suggest to check:-


1. Check the value of  the container element which is binded as a agent  in the task.

2. See the Workflow trace by clicking on the 3rd button from the left in the first screen-shot

3. Also you can check SU53 for authorization check and also ST22 if any runtime-error had happened while determining the agent

4. Hope you have pre-fix "US" in the sap user-id for the agent
