Recent used Z programs

Dear Experts,

We had a requirement to find out the recently used Zprograms(Customer Programs). For example we had around 3000 customer programs in our production server in that we want to find out last six months used programs and the last execution date of all the programs. IF any t.code or programs please inform me...

Try with SM20 Tcode it will display following details and click on Read audit log button

Program name

user name

Tcode

Date time also

Hi,

Check the transaction STAD . it will give you the required info.

But I dont think it tracks activities for more than a couple of days.

I believe you will need to devise a custom solution for this.

1) Tcode SE11

2) table TRDIR

3) Field: Udate: value: GT EQ 14.07.2007(as per ur requirement)

4) check objects: Field Name: value: z,y,lz,ly,saplz,saply

5)execute

It will meet ur requirement

Which TRDIR field holds this information?

Hi Thomas,

"NAME" field displays the program(object) names for the selected duration with specific Z*, it will displays all programs which are availble inthat duration.

There is a DIFFERENCE between, last changed and last used.

Hi Gautham, these are timestamps of the last selection screen generation, not the last program execution (the screen is not being generated at each execution).

This question has been asked so many times before, I think the essence is that for long term analysis maybe SM20 can be used (if activated and kept for long term), otherwise a custom Z-table is the way to go, but this cannot be filled retrospectively. The other answers I have seen don't work correctly or not at all. As always, I'm happy to be proven wrong and learn more.

None of these field would give you this information.

These field store the information of last Activation of Program and selection screen.

Gautham:I guess a while ago who gave the solution of other question but based on same fields!

I'm sure you must know but i guess you missed the question in hurry.

hi senthil , for your requirement ,

Tcode - st03n - work load analysis , in that change the user mode to expert mode .

in workload tree ,click the total and double click on the month and in the analysis view click the transaction profile .and choose either standard or early watch. it will display all the programs executed .

download that to excel and separate the zprogram list from the excel .
