Reading a Barcode in different fields

Hello All,

Please, I would like to know if is possible read a barcode in different fields, for example: I have a barcode with the following information:

ADS 9876 TRE (that's only one bardcode)

and when I read this barcode, I wold like informations appears in the following screen:

Doc. Type: "ADS"

Doc. Number: "9876"

Plant: "TRE"

Somebody knows if it's possíble?
