Read barcode data into SAP

Can any one let me know how to read barcode data into SAP.

How is it read technically?...

For ex: Reading a barcode number of a product etc.

Hi,

For this purpose, you have to create RF enabled Module pool transactions.

Normally, the windows driver program of the barcode reader emulates keyboard entry, so you just click on the field you want to load and read the barcode, getting the input.
