Workflow Issue

Dear all,

There is a small issue in Leave Request can any one help in these.. If any Emp apply for leave request in ESS it should approve with his reporting manager for getting his Reporting manager we r using a FM Up to this everyting is perfect, but if once reproting manager changes in hr master then this is not updatting in ESS it showing the old one.... if we check for that Emp reporting manager in R/3 its showing the write one.. but in ess it showing incorrect.

The event is working fine.. it is giving the exact result .. but once the reporting manager changes .. at that time it showing the old once only

Please consider dates while you are trying to retrieve the manager's details.

Wat we r using FM is giving the exact RM`s in R/3

what is the Function Module we are using and what are the parameter you are passing please check if this is correct.

There is only one Parameter in which if we give the emp no it will pick his reporting manager.
