Hi,

when we are doing validation at screen at matnr field , we are validate field from mara table why we are not validating the field from other tables like makt, marc , mard ? is there any performance issue?

Because Mara is the master table for material records ,whereas the other tables store material description,plant ,storage location.... details of that material.

There is No Performance Issue...... Possible reasons could be.....

(1)- As MARA is the Master Table for Materials.....

(2)- It could be the requirement of the Program......
