Hi,

I have reqiurement like as need to download and upload ifno sets, queries from

one system to another system. I can achieve this by using sap transport tool 'RSAQR3TR' . I tried using RSAQR3TR with download and upload not with export and import. After uploaded i am not able to see the query in target system.

Can any body give the answer to my question?

Regards,

Skumar.

Hi

As far as I know ABAP query's are client specific and user specific and can not be transportable

you have to create all infosets, user groups separately in each client.

You may be talking about BIW programs for import and export of them.

That's why even if you exported they are not working..

Hi Anji Reddy,

By using sap transport tool ''RSAQR3TR" we can download and upload info sets and queries from one system to another system.Already i have used same procedure for info set(Download/upload).I could see the same info set in target system. But when i upload the query to target system, It is giving message as 'TEST query of user group AA (Import replace) ''. But when i have checked the same query in target system, i could not able to see that query. Please correct me, if iu am wrong.

Please let me know,If any body have idea on this.

Warm Regards,

Skuamr.

Hello Suresh,

I am not sure, but i used GR22 Transaction to upload and download for ABAP Query.

GOTO GR22 -> enter Library name -> Utilities -> transport -> export ->save as .txt file

login into other system use Gr22 transaction ->enter libarary name ->utilities->transport -> import

Thanks

Hi Suresh,

You might have not checked that query in user group AA. Just go to that ser group and see if that query is already there.

Hi Suresh,

GR22 is for report writer reports and not for ABAP queries.
