RBE Tool for ECC60

Hi All,

I am at a client site that was downloading RBE data from their 46 systems and jsut upgraded to ECC60 and the data that is coming back is wrong.

Below is an excerpt from both files. The first looks like traditional RBE data but the 2nd is pulling Z programs and field values. Is there a new tool that SAP offers for ECC. I am going to put in an OSS note as well but hoping someone can help.

Also do you know where the setting is for maintaining 3 months worth of RBE data. Currently they are just set for 1 month.

am noy sure, but it looks like the settings of the RBE tool are different, pls look at that and asure that there are no report specific settings in the tool!

I do not believe this has anything to do with settings. The settings are very straight forward. I think it has something to do with the table format.

Also I have no idea where you can set the system to retain 3 months worth of data. I think this is done through a Basis setting.

Do you have any more details about the RBE tool that can help

There might be something there of interest to you

in teh tool tehre are a large number of settings which determines what is extracted from SAP.

Would suggest to consult an expert for the setup of the tool. Or go to the RBE SAP course.
