Hi Kannan,
Raise a system message right ?
1. service.sap.com
2. Help & Support tab -> report product error.
3. Choose the system in which you have problem.
4. Provide a serch term for your problem. It will list out a series of notes. If this does not solve your issue . Press on "Create message" and provide the details
If SAP has to connect to your system ask your BASIS consultant to maintain Access data.

Hi
Talk to your Basis person and get the S User id ( Service Market Place user id) and than inside service.sap.com, using the section 'Report a Product Error', you can create a OSS request

Hi
about OSS note
a) If you want to apply correction then first you need to register the object in SAP, so that you will get the Access key and then you can make the changes.
b) If you want to import the support pack then you need to down load from SAP market-place. and this is in CAR file. and then you need extract the same using CAR utility.
ex: CAR -xvf abc.car

Hi Kannan,
In the "Prepare Solution Search based on data for system " screen the component is optional. No need to fill this.
But when raising message the component field is mandatory.
In the Help screen type "Customer service" and search . I got about 12 matches . Pick the one relevant for you.
