R3TR INTF object shoving error

In a program we have sysntactical error IF_FKKEXC_OPEN_ITEM_GET_IN. When checking sysntax we get "The type "" unknown.".

On productive system we do not have this problem. how to transport it. (if I transport only R3TR INTF problem remains)
