Hi Venu,

Check out this !

Adobe® Form Server is an intelligent data capture product that enables governments and corporations to post their forms on the Web. It creates and publishes Adobe Portable Document (PDF) or Web-based forms for delivery to any browser running on any device — from PCs to handheld and wireless devices — without downloads or plug-ins.

Form Server offers numerous time- and money-saving advantages. Your end users can effectively participate in day-to-day business processes anywhere and anytime they want to do business. As users complete a form, Form Server can verify the accuracy of the data, validate and calculate it, send a confirmation, and submit the data to core business processes — enabling provide speedier customer service and the ability to obtain mission-critical data on the fly. Adobe Form Server and Adobe Workflow Server together deliver a complete business process automation solution.

Form Server allows your end users not only to fill out a form offline, but also to save the data and the form template for later completion. The form also performs automatic behind-the-scenes intelligence such as validations and calculations that you would only expect to be available online. Once reconnected, data can then be submitted.

Organizations that want to secure transactions involving confidential or sensitive information can also use Form Server with digital signature integration — no plug-in or download is required to sign the forms

How it works

Web forms are created using Adobe Form Designer, a point-and-click graphical (WYSIWYG) design application that creates intelligent XML templates, which provides you with a simple way to generate and maintain electronic forms without involving third-party tools. Within Form Designer, the form previewer tool enables designers to see in real time how their forms will appear in different browsers. Designers simply select the desired preview format and the form appears immediately as it would in the selected browser. Finally, the publisher tool eases form deployment to your Web server. Form Server provides the centralized platform and scalability required to deploy Web forms to all of your end users regardless of their Web environment. It also includes the tools necessary to easily set up and deploy Web forms without programming, as well as a Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) agent for monitoring performance and remotely managing forms.
