question on adding message in standard message class

I want to add a new message to standard message class SE message no 207 , they are using at one of the standard code and not defined in the message class. Please let me know if I can add directly in SE91 or do we need to raise to SAP for this .

I had already tried checking in SCN and I know that its not adviceable to change the standard message class and I am not modifying the standard messages but I am adding a new message screen shots attached.

I think if message No 207 used in standard code but not defined in message class then you should raise to SAP first, maybe there is a SAP Note about it.

If you search on support.sap.com using LMLSRF5U 207 you will get one hit, which exactly fixes this error. Perhaps the note has been applied and the manual step of adding the message text was forgotten. You need to go to the note and see if it has already been implemented. If not, implement. If it has, then get the exact message you should use from the note text, and manually add the message..
