Simple Question but I need a very clear answer..

How would I know if a PO is still open and also if its close already.

Im using the transaction me23n.

in me23n, enter the tabpage <b>status</b>

in that u can check whether it is open or closed.

Hi ..

in ME23N. Enter the PO number.

Select the TAB called STATUS.

Here you can check the

Ordered qty

tO BE Delivered qty

Invoiced qty

If " To be Delivered Qty " is 0 Then it is not OPEN.

Which tells whether the PO is Open or Closed.

Hi,

For Open Purchase order - ME2L (By Vendor number) / ME2N (By PO number) /ME2M (By material number) with selection parameter WE101
