Hi

The value field should be a character type field and always use write to

DATA: l_bdc_value(15).

write l_amount to l_bdc_value CURRENCY 'USD'.

write l_quantity to l_bdc_value UNIT 'XYZ'.

This will take care of ',' and '.' .

Hi

Welcome to SDN forum

You have to pass the Qty and Currency fields as CHAR type fields only

see the sample PO BDC in which these fields are populated using BDC

hi

good

CURRENCY FIELD

-

you can take the date as NUMERIC,and Unit of measure as CHAR

You need to convert the date to the User format in the BDC,

DATA: date1 type Sy-datum,

date2(10) type c.

Date1 = sy-datum.

write DAte to Date2.

So, here we need to pass the DATE2 field in the BDC ..

Coming to the Currency fields,

http://www.sapdevelopment.co.uk/fmodules/curr_saptodis.htm

reward point if helpful.

thanks

Hi

Declare the Quantity/Amount field as flat data type of length = the output length of the original Quantity/Amount field.

and pass the same variable in building the BDC_Data internal table.

EG:

Data: v_amt(17),

v_quan(15),

Reward if usefull
