QR Code display in smart forms

Dear Experts,

I would like to show a QR code in my smart form. During my analysis, found some links in where this is possible.

But all of them are need system set up or using SAP Notes to show the QR code in smart forms.

Can anyone please let me know is there a way to show QR code without any system setup or SAP Note requirements. ( My system is ECC 6.0 )

this uses a hard coded QR image from the link below

you can use your own, the general principals are the same
