QM02 attachment list edit/delete button doesn't work

as you see, when i'm in QM02 and go into attachment list , i want to delete/edit the files, but now, i can't do it, the delete and edit button doesn't work. and i can't debug it use /h, who can tell me, how should i debug it? or where's the issue.
