The company might have provide you a SID and using that ID you can log in to your SAP machine.

1-You must have been a logon pad

2-It contain all the required servers

3-click on on server on which you want to do the work

4-Enter the uid and pwd provided to you

the company should have given u user name and password.

click the sap logon button in your computer ,a window appers select logon on the right side.
