Purchase order issue

I am trying settle a purchase order which is long time open, and a colleague informed me based on IDOC message I can identify the error.

Tcode which I am using:  ME23N

Do you know what is reason of below message ?

IDOC: A company code cannot be determined for LI xxxxxx

Hi,

Did you check the message class and the no. Is this message from inter company process ?
