Purchase order error in me9f tcode

Hi,

I created a PO of Six items, then i deleted first 3 items of that.

Now, in me23n it is printing Correctly ( Only last 3 Items ).

But, in ME9F it is printing INCORRECTLY ( Taking all SIx items although first three are deleted ) and uses all to calculate Net Price.

Please Help URGENTLY.

Check the item values in the specified T code whether the values are deleted or not

Is it Custom or Standard Form please let me know.

While taking the Net value calculation and Display part you need to consider the EKPO-LOEKZ <> 'L'. then you will not get those entries.

Though you deleted , they are not physically deleted from PO. They just mark for deletion.

If the smartform/Script is yours(Custom one) then you need to take care of deleted PO's using the Option

EKPO-LOEKZ = 'L' "Deleted Items.
