Here globlal sample step:

1. Identify business process

2. Design program according business process

3. Create / Develop program

4. Perform standard system testing

5. Complete program base on testing

6. Perform specific system testing

7. Design sign off

8. Prepare training material

9. Conduct end user training

10.Go live
