Programe for saving data in Transport Request - Tree Programming

Dear Experts,

I am stuck in one of the situation here, I hope you all there will help me

Situation : I have created a Tree Report in which if i create a new tree or make any changes to existing one then it should be saved in one trasport request.

Aiming : Whenever i make any changes then it should ask (through pop-up) to save any changes into Transport ID.

Can somebody explain me how to achieve this ?

Any help on this highly appreciated
