Program or workflow ?

Was setting up the O/P type Znu to send the PO num and some text in the mail title . But , It dint work somehow .

Is is possible for Standarad Transactions like PO , we can send the O/p through mail ( program ) for selected vendors ( because the O/P type is not working ) or Is it feasible/possible to start a workflow for the same ?

You can configure to send a mail to the vendor when the PO is created / changed.

for sending mails u have standard configuration and u just have to configure (SCOT) for that matter and it will trigger the workflow!!

Use NACE Transacton for setting up your Message Control

Step 1

Select Application EF -->Output Types (click Button)

Step 2

Select ZNU --> Right side select Mail title and text.

When you send a EMail out to Vendor this information will be used for creating the Mail Title and used for your attachment. But content cannot be copied into the Body of the text.

Alternate possibility is used to add the text in your output problem directly,
