Dear gurus,

Is there is any user profile like SAP_ALL

here my requirement is i want a profile

which should be display only for all the transactions

There is a role called SAP_ALL_DISLAY.

SAP_ALL is used to see all transactions etc...means u will have display as well as view & write access.

Now, in ur case U need to have only display access. So, user profile needs to be set as SAP_ALL_DISLAY which will restrict to display only.

It does exists in my 46c system, do a F4 on the profiles in SU01, and search for DISPLAY.

Goto SU01

there click on the Profiles tab , and check for F4 help for Profiles , there u can search for display and get the suitable one

we are using 46c system

there is no other dispaly except Z_ENTW_SHOW

but this is custom dispalyed

Hi Senthilkumar,

You can check for authorization in table SU10 and SU11 for their descriptions.

Check <b>SAP:DISPLAY</b> single profile authorization for your requirement.

SAP:DISPLAY -> Display only

but there is no name by table SU10 nad 11

it is a transaction only

i am not able to find for display

U need to define in the Roles of SU01...like...

SAP_BC_DWB_WBDISPLAY

SAP_EHS_SAF_SUBSTANCESHOW

and even u can do this way....Give roles of display particular to area like....

SAP_CO_DOCUMENT_LIST

SAP_CO_PA_BASICDATA_DISPLAY

SAP_CO_PC_JOB_SALESORDER..................ETC...........
