Processing partial segments in an IDOC

By any chance is there any settings available to allow processing few segments in an IDOC which is also having few segments with incorrect data which could result the IDOC to fail?

This is not feasible. You can either create a reduced IDoc and eliminate unneeded fields (but this is a config/programming change) or modify the IDoc manually in WE02/05.

But this should rather be addressed by solving the core issue - why there is incorrect data passed in the IDoc.
