Process Sm35 background

hi,

anyone can let me know what program that is available to process Sm35 background? i tried to run a batch job for program RSBDCSUB after creating a variant, but is not processing any of the BDC session in SM35. This transaction is working fine when i executed it foreground.

help is appreciated.
