Hi Friends ,

I am sending a material idoc MATMAS04 with Message type MATM . I would like to know how would i configure the message control for outbound idoc in the partner profile.

Application ?

Process Code ?

Hi Alisha,

Why do you need to use/setup message control for MATMAS04 IDoc? I never see any partner profile setup for message type MATMAS using message control (I could be wrong).

Hello Alisha,

Master data such as MATMAS04 are not distributed through output determination. For Materials, fullbuild IDOCs are created through transaction BD10 and Change IDOCs are created through BD21. So there is no message control setting for the Message type MATMAS in partner profile.

Hi,

Goto WE20-->Select the Logical System/Partner no which u created

U will see the Outbound parameters on right side screen.

select the message type-->DB click

click on the Message control Tab-->here u will fins the options to give Application/Msg type & process code.
