Process Code For Material Master.

Hi,

Please let me know to tranfer an Idoc, Under the message control tab wat are the details to be provided for Material Master like

1> Application :

2> Output type :

3> Process code :

Process code is MATM - look in WE42 for this process code for more details.

Where is message control tab? what tcode you are reffering to?

For creating Partner Profile I used WE20......Under that there is a tab message control...there actually I was struck with the pblm......

PLease let me know the Application and Output Type also........

this tab is optional and only required for transactional data, look into NACE tcode for more details and it is not required for master data.

Hi,

Use BD10 transaction code in order to send the material master information,no need for going for message control tab,as it is used for transactional data.for master data use the standard tcodes...So in WE20 give only message type and basic type...

for example..

For distributing master data like material master, vendor master, customer master we have standard transaction codes that are provided by sap.

Bd10(send material master)

Bd12(send customer master)

Bd14(send vendor master)

Bd30(bom’s)
