I want a small carification.IS process codes required for inbound interface.Please advise

Hi Praneeth,
I think it is required because, for an inbound interface, we need to attach some processing routine to post some application document corresponding to the incoming message. So i think it is mandatory to have a process code for the inbound interface.

it is must for inbound in PUSH scenario.
process code uses the posting fn module and posts the data into the underlying data base.

Hi praneeth,
It is must for Inbound side/Interfaces.
BCoz the Msg type is linked to the Inbound FM through the Process code.
Check the Inbound parameters of the partner profiles in WE20.
u can find all the inbound process codes in WE42.

it is required for both I/B and O/B.
check in WE41 "o/B process code
WE42 "i/B process code
