Thanks. I got the answer myself.

Direct Input -

1. Only for error free datas and master data updation

2. Direct Update of DB

3. Transaction BMVO and prog RBMVSHOW

BDC -

1. Screens are called programatically.

2. Programs run from SM35

3. Synchronous DB Update. DB Update occurs after session gets processed.
