Problem with workflow - SWW_WI_ERROR_MESSAGE_SEND_S

HI

I am facing the following problem with workflow.

The workflow contains one step (activity) for scheduling one program to release the Internal order through Ko02 and update the Budget distribution through IM52 in background. For this we created one program which is attached to method and calling this method from the workflow by creating one task and the task is scheduled in background.

The updation was happing for most orders but It is not updating properly for some orders .

For that orders in workflow ,the task is still showing " In process " for last 2 days and it is showing the error " SWW_WI_ERROR_MESSAGE_SEND_S " .

Please tell me that why this error is coming and why it is still in process. how can I proceed to resolve this .

This step is a background step and binding is perfect ( the updation is happening for all other Internal orders ,only in 2/3 cases it is happening like this ) .

Hello Madhukar and ALL other HELPERS,

I am sorry dude i am not here to answer your Q but asking the same question. Presently we have the same message in the log and workitem is "In Process" status. Also the traffic light is GREEN.

This is a background job which is to POST the journal. All the documents created on the same day have been completed successfully except one. This has completed all the steps but stopped at Posting the docu.

And it has been sitting there for past 20 days.

We have completed this job manually but the business is looking for the reason why it happened.

Could you please tell me if you have got the answer why this has happened or anyone else please?

Please anyone .... can you please let us know why this has happened?
