Hi sdn experts,

1) What is the mail diff b/w sap 4.6 and 4.7 versions?

Hi ,

There are many commands and function modules and some more special features in 4.7 also 4.7 is unicode enabled while 4.6 is not .

one eg in 4.6 there is command replace while in 4.7 there is replace all occurances .

Hi Sudarshan,

With every new release, there is are new functionalities added and many old functioanlities altered or removed. If you really want to drill down into the changes then here is a SAP standard program for you.

<b>RSTODIRS</b>.

When you run this program, in 4.7 release, it gives you all the differences in various objects in the releases below 4.7.

It provides you with information of which all ABAP objects got deleted, which got added and which were altered.

hi

whenever a new version is released it will contain new features both in functional as well as techincal side..

for eg 4.6c has both SAPScript and SMARTFORMS and in 4.7 you could have adobe forms.

Also you could develop web applications using BSP in 4.7..
