problem with VA02,VA03

Hi friends,

i am working with VA02, VA03 transaction for Sales and distribution.

i am facing one error from last three days i.e.

when i enter order number and press enter button. the error message displayed on screen like address doesnt exist. <b>24044.</b> here the bold number changes every time when i execute the transaction and enter the order number.

the problem occured in Quality server.

friends plz help me its an very very urgent issue for me.

Provide details like Message class and number. Maybe that can help...

what is the error .

double click on that error in red line at the botttm and see the description.

is it happening for every sales order or a specific sales order ?

address dosent exist //

if at all for a particular sales order then

take the customer number (SOLD TO ) and in table KNA1-kunnr ..

kna1-adrnr ..

pick the address number and now from table ADRC give the input of address number and see if an entry is there ...

if this is the problem .. with address ...

if no hit then address for a particular is not maintained for that customer in ur quality server ..

this is my assumption if at all address for that customer is not defined for that sales order ...

thanks for solution.

As per ur solution i hv checked that address into adrc table but that address not found inot that.

and also there are many addresses form Customer master not maintained into ADRC table. how can i maintain that addresses so that the error removes.

is thatre any transaction or program to do that.

please give me the way....

Address for the Customer is maintained at the header level while creating the Customer itself .

Like say Customers contact address is in ADRC but if u add Business address of that Customer it will be in SADR table.

Just ask your Functional consultant/ TL/PL as why this address is not being maintained for the customers cause it will be very important for them since this is related to Customer master.

To be on the safer side dont change any address for the customers till they give the solution to this .

We can change one address but since u have made it clear that so many customers are pending then i will prefer to wait for the Functional consultants reply .

For ur understanding (do this only for one customer and revert back the changes to original)

just try to fill the address in XD02 for that customer(only one) and see if this error moves out , cause once the address is here it will be in ADRC and KNA1 tables .

Then its a configuration issue then .

if XD02 for that customer is not picking it up then u need to look at the customers in the Quality server .

While uploading the customer database these were not maintained correctly or due to some problem the address numbers are vanished from the R3 of ur quality.

I suggest you to look at the SPRO customer master setttings with the Functionl consultant cause it will be per sales area / or a group / etc .

This is related to config setting.

as per u say the address from ADRC has vanished. i think u r right, b'cuz i doesnt find any entry in ADRC. but there are entries in kna1 master table.

can i retrive these entries again into ADRC table.

Never tried for many entries ...

But the concern is how do i know that this address is for the specific customer ..?

one thing is can u check the entries in CDHDR and CDPOS tables for the entries of the same .. may be if a value was maintained in the first stage and later it is not there .. u can try this option ..

U need to take the help from the consultant .. i see no other solution other than this.
